This was out on a pier. Honolulu was definitely a different feel then anywhere else. Had a big city vibe full of people!
Diamond Head in the distance. I would love to visit the island of Oahu again and visit the beautiful beaches and hike the trails some day.
The girls love to swim so much!
It was another 45 minute flight from Honolulu and the island of Oahu to Lihue and the island of Kauai. We flew early afternoon as we couldn't check in until 3. 
We arrived in Kapaa at our beautiful condo called the Waipouli Beach Resort. We stopped at Safeway across the street for groceries for the next 5 days. We couldn't believe how pretty it was!
and of course the girls were a tad excited when they walked out on the lanai and saw this view!!! It was quite a swimming pool with slides and waterfalls and had gorgeous gardens surrounding it.
The girls of course needed to get a glimpse of the ocean just past the pool complex before swimming.
They are back at it! Such fun they had swimming in the "river".
