taking a good nap after a long morning!

My Allikins and I.

Isabelle just adored Shawn's new puppy, Cody. She spent alot of time with her uncle and puppy playing outside. She was VERY sad to see them both go tonight!!!

Juliette's aunt, uncle and cousins got this beautiful dress for her to wear. Doesn't she look just precious?

Juliette's baptism

God Bless Juliette!

Our pastor, Dr. Kent Millard holding her up to meet her "church family". He made a funny comment on how he was "a bit jealous of her hair".

The baptism.

Little Juliette was baptized at St. Luke's Methodist Church on Sunday. We are soooo BLESSED to have her in our lives! Grandma and Grandpa Koss, Grandpa Miller, Great Grandma Trafton, Uncle Shawn, Cousin Nancy, and our neighbors, The Robinsons were able to join us for this very special day!

the weekend

Isabelle the kindergartner

Bumbo

Juliette much prefers sitting upright to see the world going by.

Morning Dove

Allie, Juliette and I joined a Zionsville Mom's Group 2 weeks ago on a tour of a local therapeutic horse farm. Allie initially had a great time seeing the horses...until she decided that it was time "she" wanted to go.

Isabelle at the park

Juliette will be 13 weeks tomorrow...3 months old on Saturday!!! Lately she is a big fan of the toy mat and loves to bat and grab at toys. She is completely entertained by her big sisters and she watches them all of the time. She is a big cat napper during the day, but has been mainly sleeping through the night! Yaaayyy me. But here I am...11:30 pm...updating the blog. I should really be in bed myself.

i guess if anyone wanted to know what Jamie would look like as a girl baby...well...now you do.

Juliette loves the outdoors and going on walks. She is so full of smiles and "talks" and coos. It is so adorable. What is not to love about these gummy grins??? It certainly makes those every 2 hour feeds in the night worth it!

Allie and Breck enjoying the hayrack ride.

Stuckey farm

The big kids on the "hayrack ride" around the farm. Allie said this was her favorite part.

We got 2 FULL bags of apples! Better start making pies and apple crisp!

Go HAWKS!!!!

The girls were proudly wearing their black and gold on Saturday!!!!! We were happy to see the Hawks dominate the Cyclones!! Although we weren't able to go to the game, we had fun with some Indy Hawkeye fans who have 3 girls of their own (same ages).

Sister secrets

Mccormick's Creek state park cont

Playing with rocks and sticks in water is oh so fun

O.M.G. I practically stepped on this critter...or it was so big...it almost stepped on me. I hate spiders...and I had NO idea that wolf spiders got nearly this large in Indiana!!!! These are full size oak leaves people. Check out the size on this big boy...ugh. Just writing about it give me goosebumps!

Mccormick's Creek State Park

About 1 1/2 southeast of Indianapolis near the Hoosier National Forest by Spencer is Mccormick's Creek State Park. It is a beautiful area that we hiked over Labor Day weekend. The trail was steep and rocky but the girls did great. It was a beautiful day.

10 weeks old

Juliette is growing...12 lbs and 10 oz at her 2 month checkup which puts her in the very svelte 90th percentile for weight! She also received her vaccines which she did not appreciate. She is such a sweetie, loves her pacifier and to cuddle! Her hair is a bit out of control...but I love the fact that I can put alot of bows and barrettes in it already! She continues to sleep pretty well at night...some nights better then others, but still has to figure out a nap schedule during the day. Unfortunately with the sisters in school, she is getting alot of disrupted daytime sleep. I can't believe that I had my camera focusing on the wood floor during these awesome smile shots!

Cousins

Jamie's sister and family came for a short visit over the Labor Day weekend. The kids had fun playing together and meeting their new cousin.

Isabelle and her mini-me

After only a week of it being loose, Isabelle lost her first tooth!!!!! She was so excited for the tooth fairy to come, and she did, leaving a golden $1 coin. I can see her permanent tooth already starting to come through the gum and so it won't be long until she has another in its place!
