Professional pictures

I just love this picture. Too bad I don't look so cute with rolls!

These were taken when Juliette was about 5 1/2 months old. She of course refused to cooperate and give liberal smiles but the results were just adorable regardless. She is such a sweet sweet baby....full of belly laughs and she is soooo ticklish! She spends most of her day clamoring for my attention and watching her big sisters intently. She loves Gerber puffs and little pieces of bread, banana and green beans. She has recently been taking baths with her sisters and she makes some big waves with her constant splashing.

Juliette enjoys the outdoors and even tolerated a very tight snowsuit to sit outside during a 50 degree day.

Foxy

Foxy has a den between our house and the neighbors. The snow makes it very easy to spot him/her during an afternoon nap.

Eat your heart out Lindsay Lohan...

Juliette can take a mug shot better then any celebrity out there.

Perhaps though, the next time I "think" that I might possibly meet Jamie to apply for a passport...that I might actually comb her hair, not dress her in jailbird stripes, or maybe even try to make her smile for the grumpy clerk at the post office.

Look at it this way...at least she can renew in 5 years.

my favorite dessert

chocolate ice cream with chocolate magic shell coating and sprinkles.

Juju's first tooth!

Can you see it?

I'm just too cute.

After months of gnawing on her hands, toes, toys, books, anything with a surface and drool that could fill a sink...her first tooth finally popped through last week! My baby is getting so big!

What a storm we had yesterday! I am thankful that we didn't lose power or have major ice damage---yet!!!! What a time to feel so blessed to have a warm house, food stocked in our pantry, and the necessities. We were spared the 12 plus inches of snow and heavy ice that other counties had. It is pretty amazing though the 4 foot drifts that can happen with just an inch of snow and 40 mph winds.

Unfortunately we can't get rid of the cooties here. Poor little Juliette came down with vomiting and a significant bronchitis that is making her MISERABLE!!! And of course, not to feel left out Isabelle decided to join her with fevers, upset stomach and upper respiratory issues. The doctor said that it is a type of respiratory influenza. Now that Jujubee is 7 months old, my maternal antibodies just aren't active anymore. I am waiting for this winter to be OVER!!!

Happy early Valentines Day!

Juliette loves you.

Making a snowman with Daddy

Isabelle giving the snowman a farewell hug.

Posing with the finished project

Finishing touches

Isabelle helping roll.

Even though there wasn't a ton of snow on the ground...it was the perfect consistency for making a snowman. The girls had a great time with their Dad on a Sunday afternoon.

1st ballet class for Allie

Allie quite literally has been waiting for this day for a long time!!!!!! I finally signed her up for a ballet class (I am such a lazy mom...I know) and she had a BLAST! She has been such a good sport tagging along to Isabelle's activities and she was beyond excited that this was a day for her. She is such a petite little thing...but with such a big personality!

Juliette is a hoot and just has the silliest expressions. She also has learned at such a young age to make a proper mess of her toys...and she isn't even mobile yet.

1st haircut

As you can see from the above photos, Juliette LOVED every minute of her first haircut! She was rockin' an 80s hairstyle reminiscent of Joan Jett and I thought it might be time to give that baby mullet a trim. She cut off almost 3 inches of the back (!) and also evened up the bangs and sides.
