Today we traveled to spend some time with our Grandma and Grandpa Koss.  Oh, those sweet little lamb faces!!!  You forget how adorable they are every year.  Lucky for the girls, they still had 5 bottle lambs to feed.
You named them all...this is "Libby" the little lamb.

 Feeding Libby with Grandma's guidance.

Miles and miles of brown fields that will quickly become green with soybeans and corn in a few months.

The girls and Eve loved our time at Honey Creek and played on the beach and in the roots of the bluff.  A great way to get out some energy and enjoy the Iowa sunshine.

We then went to Newton to visit Grandma Trafton.  She looked great but lamented on the fact how she feels herself aging. She always looks forward to us visiting and we enjoy seeing her whenever it is possible.

We had a very competitive game of Aggravation...which she won!  :)

Being at Grandma's is like being in a time warp with toys that your Dad used to play with.
I would be hard pressed to find many great Grandma's as adorable as she is.

This girl is a dreamer..with a heart of gold.

Today we relaxed and enjoyed each other's company.  The girls look forward to their cousin time!

Today we left for spring break to Iowa.  The girls look forward to this trip every year where they get to see family, play outdoors and experience a bit of farm life.
Cousins are so much fun!  We went out to eat at a newish brewery in Albia and then celebrated birthdays past with some cake and ice cream.

Care for some fresh made cookies?  Avocado soup perhaps?

Juliette, you love to be outside, playing with sticks and using that vast imagination.

The never ending winter keeps us inside...the girls scramble to practice piano, go to activities and then sometimes get a night of respite.
