3 princesses ready for the ball!  On Saturday evening they all got to attend their first daddy-daughter dance being held at the Village Dance Studio where they take classes.  They all had so much fun at the Cinderella ball.  They went out to eat before and squealed as they drove out in their Dad's fun car!

Isabelle has been working hard on her trumpet solo for the ISSMA contest in February.  She loves to play and has made such amazing strides in her sound since joining the band in August.

And on the 101st day of school, Juliette was sick with a fever and stomach bug...

25.366 {2016} 100th day of school!

It is the 100th day of school!  Already!  I had a great time taking pictures in Juliette's kindergarten celebration where they rotated classrooms and did various "100" activities.  I adored seeing her interact with others and work diligently at her desk.  Too cute!

 She begged me to stay with her for lunch and she shared her carrots with me.  We get to sit on the stage away from the circle tables full of her classmates.

Allie designed an elaborate bowling game out of play-doh and we all had turns trying to roll a strike (or even knock a pin down).  

Finding the ski gear and making sure it fits from last year.  Juliette insisted on wearing it while eating  an entire bowl of Fruity Pebbles.

The days are so full and are going so fast.  A little too fast.  It's been an exciting school year with Isabelle and Juliette being in new schools.  Isabelle has made high honor roll for the first 2 quarters and we are proud of her work ethic and attitude.  Juliette is doing well in kindergarten and reading level F books and writing stories.  I love seeing her learn so much and be so enriched with those around her.  Its been a rough one for Allie working through a lot of anxiety.   She continues to do amazing things in art and her creative spirit shines in dance, music and song.

 These pileated woodpeckers are so elusive.  Occasionally they will land quickly on our deck and then fly away deep in the woods.  This one was relatively close allowing me a few decent pictures while she was working on a meal in the trunk.  They are the largest woodpecker in the United States and are beautiful.

2 hour delay!  Time to get the snow gear on and head to the back hill.  We had a friend of Allie's that morning too and they made bumps and a lot of tracks to make the sledding more exciting and faster!  So fun!

We recently acquired the dentist office version of play-doh and the girls have had so much fun with it!
