her cubbie

Allie not looking so enthused about entering her preschool room! She was one of the only ones NOT crying believe it or not. I can imagine it would be pretty intimidating walking into a place where almost every kid was hysterical. After her 1st day the girls and I got some ice cream and had a park playdate. It was a great Tuesday! Isabelle also has her first loose tooth (probably due to that bubble gum ice cream that she was finishing up for Allie)! Exciting stuff!

Allie's first day of preschool!!!!!

Allie's first day went off without a hitch. She was dressed with her backpack on at 7:30 (school doesn't start until 9). She was sooooo excited to go, I am sure even more so with seeing Isabelle go every day to kindergarten. She attends the Children's Learning Program at the Zionsville Methodist Church just a few minutes away by car. She goes from 9 to 3 pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Her teachers are Miss Missy and Miss Jen.

My chunky monkey thighs!!!!

Gotta love that hair...and the comb-over.

Chillin with my big sis.

Watching a sheep show...

Feeding the draft horse a piece of straw...

Isabelle loves her Jaden!!!

Watching the cows being milked.

State fair part 2

Very intrigued by the milking

Gotta love our buds, the Guffeys!!

My friend Melissa and I ventured to the state fair together with our total of 6 kids 5 and under for lunch at the dairy barn (yummo chocolate shakes and grilled cheese) and to see the animals of course! The day started a little crazy with Isabelle stepping in the mother-load of cow crap getting it all over herself and shoes and then Allie's theatrics when she got something in her eye and practically gave herself a corneal abrasion just by rubbing it. Fun times always at the state fair! We had fun as did our kids...tiring for me of course!

I am 2 months old!

Juliette is such a good baby and loves to smile (and stick out her tongue too). She is by far my best car rider, carseat tolerater, pacifier taker, efficient nurser of the bunch. I guess that what happens when you are number 3...you just go with the flow. She is sleeping much better at night and wanting to go to sleep earlier as well. She now is easily filling out the 3 to 6 month clothes! She loves to cuddle and her swing. She enjoys being outside and watching the view over your shoulder. Big sisters still think she is the cutest baby in the world...I agree with that one! :)

Allie loves "mommy time" and she is also a very patient big sister when she knows that I can't always play when she wants to. She loves putting together puzzles and recently we put this 100 piece one together...although I have to admit she did most of it.

Isabelle and those big green eyes!

Juliette is finally figuring out a sleeping pattern! Yea! She is giving that a thumbs up!

Isabelle in front of her kindergarten classroom. Her teacher's name is Mrs. Weesies and is so nice it makes me want to be her student! She has about 20 kids in her class and goes to morning kindergarten which is from 9 to 1130. She will also attend an enrichment program on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1145 to 315 and learn Spanish and also take a gymnastics class at Interactive Academy. She was very excited for her 1st day and happily walked into the room without a glance behind her! I on the otherhand had many tears!!!!

A look inside her classroom.

1st day of kindergarten!

the sisters pose on the big day!

Isabelle shows off her new backpack!

In front of the house. I was much more nervous/excited/anxious then Isabelle!

After fair bath left Juliette tired and wired! Check out that hair! Juliette's hair becomes insanely curly when wet.

Apparently it is the "year of the pig" at the state fair this year.

and the sheep and goats...

Allie loved this nanny goat.

Seeing the calves...

Our annual tradition...the Indiana State Fair!

Allie loves being a big sister!

Little Juliette

7 weeks on August 13th! I forgot to mention Juliette's stats at her 5 week appointment! She was at 5 weeks, 10 lbs 12 oz (90th%) and 21 3/4in (75th%). She likes to eat!

silly Allie

Allie watching me water the outdoor plants in the cool confinements of the house.

I just love baby grins that just take over her little face. She is a very smiley baby and I have even heard her giggle in her sleep!

The girls just love to kiss and cuddle Juliette and she likes their attention for the most part! :) She is at the point that she will watch Isabelle and study her...it is sooo cute!

Great Grandma Trafton came to Indiana to meet her newest great granddaughter. Grandpa Miller and Uncle Shawn were able to come for the weekend too. We had a great time and all of the girls loved the attention.
