Even with bad weather, you have to make the most of it. We were caught in a 3 day "Nor'easter" which brought torrential rain and crazy wind as we drove to Maine from Boston. It is about a 2 hour trip from Boston to Portland. We were a bit disappointed that we could see more of this adorable town and vowed that we would come back to visit in the summer.

Portland Head Light
The oldest head light in Maine. Wind and crashing waves on the shore made for a beautiful sight...but hard to appreciate in the cold, sideway rain.
