Many of the beaches don't have much sand, or any at all. People lay out on the rocks (not so comfortable), and perch their umbrellas between the crevices. This is where we were swimming.

Isabelle is scary fearless in the water. Recently she doesn't need our presence "to swim" and thinks that arm floaties just get in the way. Her "swimming" is actually her just walking around in the water moving her arms. She LOVES the water though but makes me have about 3 heart attacks every time being with her while she swims. She doesn't mind going under, so I am constantly bringing her to shallow water to play or saving her from drowning. I am still having nightmares!

Allie decides that she likes the water too. She also wins for having the best tan in our family on our vacation in Malta.
