Traveling in style! When our little trailer's back lights wouldn't work we had to rent this U-haul last minute to transport our things. It was actually very inexpensive and roomy and gave us more space in our vehicle. It was nice to be able to unhitch this and leave it at the campground as we traveled into the city.
Although we loved the view, the mosquitoes are downright vicious around here!
We all LOVED the city of Charleston and Allie decided that she plans on going to college here too!
We went back to Charleston after packing up our campsite. We visited Bitty & Beau's coffee and all got a drink. This place is very special and not only does it have delicious coffee, it also employs people with intellectual challenges.
We had so much fun walking the streets!
Hugenot Church
A refreshing dip in Riley Waterfront Park's fountain.
A sailboat in the distance.
Juliette's famous last words..."I am not going to get wet". This girl was soaked!
Famous pineapple fountain!
The battery was a defensive seawall and promenade. You can see Fort Sumter and Fort Moultrie in the distance.
Walking along the battery and admiring the homes and view.
The famous Rainbow Row which is the longest stretch of Georgian homes (13) in the US.
Charleston is full of unique and amazing homes with beautiful architecture.
