Taking the gondola (gongola as Juliette calls it) to Peak 8.  They were thrilled and said, "it feels like we are flying!!!!"  Isabelle kept saying how beautiful the mountains were with a excited squeal in her voice.

We checked in early at the ski and ride school.  They were all so helpful and friendly although the girls were nervous and could feel the effects from the altitude.

Putting their lift and lesson tickets in their pockets.  After they led them upstairs to be fitted for boots and skis.  We left  them to take a lesson of our own.
I had a great instructor that helped me learn some new techniques.  He also loved to take us fast and have fun down the groomed blue runs.
 The continental divide behind me.

Juliette had thrown up during ski school so daddy picked her up and brought her back to watch her sisters conclude their first official ski lesson.  It was 50 degrees and sunny and the girls were hot!  They had an okay day and were ready to go back Sunday.

Tired girls!  We went back to the condo and they swam briefly in the very cool (but heated) outdoor pool and went in the hot tub too.  It was a very fun day.
