We have had a little orchard planted since we moved here and let's just say the raccoons, birds and squirrels usually take advantage of anything that grows. Our cherry tree was nearly annihilated by deer when first planted but now is tall and beautiful and very rarely do we have a cherry crop quite like this one! Our ladder might have to get a little taller...or maybe just my helper in the future but we were able to get a container full of delicious cherries.
