Monday, we went to the Children's Museum and had so much fun exploring.  The museum was not busy at all either!

 We decided to go paddle boating on the canal and it was a gorgeous day to do it!  All of us loved it!  SO fun!

Sunday, we went to the 100th running of the Indianapolis 500!  It was beautiful weather and a lot of fun!!!!

The beginning of our summer break had a fun start as we hosted my brother and niece from Iowa for Memorial Day weekend!  The girls had so much fun playing with their cousin.

 I see some excitement for the first day of summer!!!!!  

 Juliette loves to spend time outdoors and would much rather be doing that then playing with toys inside.  She found the watering can to help me with some flowers that I just had planted. She had more fun watering the sidewalk so she and Eve could jump and play in it.  

 This look...I see it so often.  Just when you think you have her figured out, she shows me that I don't.  And just when I think that I should know what I am doing by now as a mother she definitely shows me that I will never stop learning how to be a mom.

 A big yawn to finish off the start of the last day of 5th grade!

 Officially a 6th grader in the fall!

 All smiles for the last day of 3rd and kindergarten!  These two are really starting to look more and more alike every year!

 4th grade in the fall and last year in elementary school!

 We went to the Honors program in the morning where Isabelle was recognized with others in her 5th grade class for being on the high honor roll (straight A's) every quarter all year!  

 We will miss you so much Mrs. Diemer!  One of the best kindergarten teachers...ever!

 Isabelle also got another award in her Humanities class and was voted by her peers as, best "Can Do" attitude.

 Lizzy so happy to have her humans home for the summer!  We found her sleeping in an American Girl Doll bed after school!  So funny!

As I sat next to her this evening she mentioned that she left her tooth that she lost the other day in one of her back pockets.  She said she forgot to tell me!  She said she actually had another one that was ready to come out...her LAST baby tooth!  She wiggled it out in a minute and she proudly showed me her molar.  Her sister who has yet to lose a tooth thought one of hers might be a touch lose too.  It seems like yesterday we were watching your first tooth pop through and now you have lost them all.  (Cavity free too!)  I have to admit I had a bit of a sentimental pang in my heart.   Goodness, it all just goes so fast.

Ending out our weekend, the girls performed in their spring recital.  They each played a lovely piece and were accompanied by drums and Allie also had a violin background.  We love hearing them and other talented kids perform twice a year.
