Juliette loved the magic carpet and she surprised me most on skis! She did so well with little complaining. And I mean, how adorable are those little teeny tiny skis!!!!????
The day we celebrated the first day of 2015 with a trip to Perfect North. It is about a 2 hour drive from Zionsville to Lawrenceburg, which is near Cincinnati. We got there mid-day and tried as quickly as we could to get our snow gear and get fitted for boots and skis. Isabelle was very young when she last went skiing so doesn't have any memory of her first time. After the exhausting and sweaty time of getting everyone ready we had the girls take a hour lesson to turn and stop. I can't say it was the best lesson, but they were able to get a feel of the skis and get on and off the "magic carpet" for the bunny slope and make it down. We were so proud and impressed of our little skiers! We can't wait to get to Colorado soon!!!
