We LOVE Christmas at the Indianapolis zoo and look forward to it every year. Besides the 45 minute crawl on Washington to get into the zoo and park, it wasn't overly crowded when we got in. It is truly a magical experience and a few animals were up and very active when we were there (namely a prowling tiger, the bats, polar bear and penguins). Jamie met us post-call for a stroll around to see the lights and have dinner. We were able to dine al fresco thanks to the 60 degree temperatures that evening!
