Isabelle turned 7 on Thursday, April 26th! The school forbids any type of birthday treats but does give them a certificate and sticker to wear on their special day.
I took Isabelle outside for some "7" year birthday photos. She is so photogenic!
This look takes me back to her "pouty" toddler years. It makes me realize she is still my little little girl!
She lost her 7th tooth on the school bus on her 7th birthday!
I just bought her a new pair of tennis shoes...size 2! Big girl feet!
Isabelle gives me her best "model" look!
She is a sensitive and beautiful girl, inside and out. She is maturing so much! She loves to read...and I often find open books everywhere...by the toilet, in the shower, by her bed and at the dinner table! She enjoys walks, playgrounds, the outdoors and playing with her sisters. She likes play-dates, chocolate ice cream sundaes, candy, cupcakes and movies. She is an absolute sweetie and I am sooooo proud to be her mom!
Butterfly birthday!!!! She picked out the colors and the cake.
On Friday, she had 10 friends over for a pizza party. 7 of her friends stayed for a sleep-over. 6 made it until morning! We welcomed her friends at 5:30 and they played outside until most arrived. We then had a nail painting station and painted butterfly magnets. After that, they had some dancing while we set up for the pizza. They enjoyed pizza from Roselli's and then picked out glow-bracelets and necklaces and played wii and danced some more. We sang "happy birthday" to Isabelle enjoyed some cupcakes and then she opened up some gifts while her friends had ring-pops. She got some great presents from her friends. Lots of "kitty" themed gifts! :) They started a movie after and a few friends went home. Around 9 pm they got their jammies on and started "Chip-wrecked" the movie and had popcorn and m&ms. At 10:30 it was lights out...one friend wanted to go home around 11:15. The next morning at 6:45 they were up and happy. They watched the rest of Chipwrecked and then had chocolate chip pancakes, grapes and hot chocolate for breakfast! They all seemed to have a great time and Isabelle was over-joyed to spend such a great birthday with her friends and sisters!
