The temperatures were very cold for Southern Florida with ranges from the low 50s to 61 degrees during the day. It was the coldest Orange Bowl kick-off ever much to our dismay. Our beach vacation certainly involved sand but not those warm temps that we envisioned. But, we may not have ventured off to this very unique national park to see the many alligators sunning themselves or the unusual birds that make the Everglades their home.
