Such an unprecedented and unnerving time in our history with CoVid-19 and the closure of so many things around us. We are on edge due to such uncertainty, exposure at the hospital and health of our loved ones.
Our school is now cancelled until after spring break and the girls dove right into e-learning on Monday morning. We are beyond fortunate to have a lot of experience with e-days and the various learning websites that the schools use. The girls are all able to navigate the day with ease and understanding. The teachers and counselors have been amazing with notes, encouragement, videos, emails and their lessons have been outstanding. We are so lucky to be part of a great school system.
A few early pictures of our new "normal" of school at home.

3.13.2020 Happy birthday!
With so many new recommendations of social distancing and closures, this girl got the day off for her birthday much to her disappointment. She was really looking forward to seeing her friends and having a special birthday at school. The Smiths are coming in town for the weekend and that certainly puts a smile on all our faces.
13 on the 13th! A golden birthday to a girl that shines wherever she goes!
Bravo!

Some of our 3rd and 4th graders have been working tirelessly with our amazing directors on The Beauty and the Beast Jr since November. This week they have had a lot of extra rehearsals in preparation for the musical Thursday-Saturday. They had 5 performances scheduled and I was lucky enough to come in on one of their dress rehearsals on Wednesday and photograph the performance. Due to the Covid-19, our schools cancelled all activities including school until after spring break. It was a sad day for over a hundred kiddos, parents and volunteers that worked so so hard! They plan to hopefully reschedule at this time.
Juliette was part of the flatware chorus and the most adorable little plate! She's had an absolutely blast being part of this production.
