Utah is certainly one of my happy places and we love skiing at Deer Valley!  They limit number of skiers, great food, awesome ski school and a lower altitude for my very prone altitude sick, Juliette!

That evening we brought in the new year with the Horn family!  We had a lot of great cheeses, food and drinks!  It was so fun!!

We had an early flight out of Indy and saw the sun come up as we traveled to Utah!  Although it is sometimes a bumpy ride to get there I love flying over the plains as we go over the Rocky Mountain Range and then over the Salt Lake and mountains as we land!

 We rented a van and after a stop at the grocery store made it to our condo in Park City.  This is the 2nd year we have stayed at Greyhawk.

We were so happy to see our framily back in Indiana!  Although it was short it was most certainly sweet!  We are so thankful for their friendship.

Christmas is in the books and the girls declared it, "the best Christmas ever!"

We got an early wake up...unwrapping of gifts...breakfast...fun...and a walk on the trail with Eve to the elementary playground!  What a fun and relaxing day!

Time is flying and we can hardly believe that Christmas 2018 is upon us!  The girls are so excited to have a break from school and did a great job in their first semester.  We have so many traditions and one of them is pajamas on Christmas Eve...the one gift that they can open...and of course pictures posing in front of our Christmas tree.  

 The girls were sent this amazing gingerbread house from the Sofianos and literally begged everyday to eat it!  I couldn't bear for them to ruin something so adorable but relented tonight.  It was so soft and tasty!

 Waiting for Christmas Eve family service to begin!

 Allie performed in the program leading a dance. She did a great job dancing and leading the younger dancers! Juliette was supposed to perform as well, but became very sick in the days leading up to it and missed a few rehearsals.  

The music she performed to was, "Can You See the Stars?"

Family picture...no snow and although chilly...you can certainly tolerate having short sleeves!
