The sunsets were always beautiful. Across the road from our hotel, we had a great view and access to the Sea Point and trail.
We had a great afternoon at the Anthonij Rupert winery.
In Stellenbosch we stopped at the restaurant with the most fantastic views, delicious food and wine.
Exploring the town of Stellenbosch with a lot of shops, a European vibe and stopped for a latte before going to lunch.
While you can hike the trail to get here, the tram makes it a quick journey as the height reaches 1,086 meters (3,563 feet high).
The mountain has 2,285 plant species which 80% are fynbos (fine bush).
The views were spectacular and we had a great time walking around and exploring. We also took time to sit and just take it all in.
