It has been 5 years since we have visited and it was great to see the Swedish family again.
Anders and Eva-Britt are amazing hosts and let us stay in one of their homes. They had 2 quiche for us....a mushroom and another one that was spinach and cheese for lunch.
We took a walk in Fagerhult in the woods and to a lake.

This house was where we stayed. He rents to hunters and others looking to have a quiet vacation.
Logging is a huge industry in this part of Sweden.
Anders and Eva-Britt invited the extended family over for dinner. It was great to get the cousins together again.

Granhults kyrka is Sweden's oldest fully preserved wooden church and was built around 1220.
Its interior is amazingly preserved.
We then traveled to Växjö.
Utvandrarnas Hus (The House of Emigrants) is a museum and research center dedicated to Swedish emigration history.
We had a tour and met Anders Eckberg there.
Anna Trader and Anders also came along. It was very interesting!
