5.08.20

Life and school continues on with our social distancing and quarantine.  It is strange how the time seems to be going by so quickly despite having so little activities besides e-learning.  It is a cool and rainy spring and so our nice days to be outside are few and far between but we make the most of the sunshine when we see it.  

We finally said good-bye to the backyard trampoline that has been on its last jumps for some time now.  We inherited it from some neighbors that moved a long time ago.  

 Our trusty jeep finally gave out as well although the girls don't fit in it at all now, it was still sad to say good-bye!  One last sit inside before trash day!

 Allie has been a little Office obsessed and decided to surprise me by placing The Office photos in all of our frames or taping over our existing pictures.  

 The girls actually were looking forward to seeing the dentist for a teeth cleaning last week!  No cavities!  

I stopped for gas on the way home and although I used a bit of fuel saver points at Kroger, I couldn't believe I filled up my SUV for under $14.

4.28.2020

 The days and weeks are all flowing together.  What day is it anyway??  The girls are doing great adapting to e-day.  Some days are better than others but they pull through each one.  They know better than to have me help...they understand math better than I do!  

 Juliette listens to announcements in her living room fort.  She points to herself in a picture that was taken of the kiddos at PVE last year.  We are sad that she is finishing up her last days of elementary school at home but thankful for the time she had there.  She said she wants to go back there instead of middle school!

 Allie is always so creative and been working on developing her watercolor paintings while watching episodes of The Office.  She made these menus for her the opening of the Fika Café where she serves iced and blended coffee drinks.  A specialty is her caramel macchiato and the s'mores blended drink.  

 Isabelle has been nurturing her little herb babies and they are getting closer to being able to plant outdoors.

 Poor little Russell got into a cage fight with his neighbor, Gus.

 Eve will make sure her humans never go back to school again!

4.26.2020

 She just couldn't wait to open her gifts!  She got Dr. Martens boots, socks, a new phone case, a lot of gift cards and money too!  

 A big surprise and honestly all she wanted was to see some of her friends that she misses so much!  They measured out their chairs and were able to social distance a quick hello in the sunshine!

 She's also got much needed new bike!

 We took a family bike ride and then had hibachi at her request.

 A delicious chocolate cake and birthday wishes.

 Isabelle is a little Timotheé obsessed and so she was all smiles to get a poster from a friend and a pillow for her bed!
