159.365-165.365 "Camp Miller"

We look forward to Camp Miller every year and this one did not disappoint.  They all had such a great time with each other and got along too.  We spent the week attending VBS at a local church which they all loved and spent the afternoons going to the pool, park, playground, ice cream visits and zoo.  What a fun time with the cousins!

We celebrated Braedy's graduation from high school and had a wonderful visit.  We are so proud of him and wish him all the best!  We were also able to see family from Oklahoma that we don't get to see very often!

Some iPhone photos of a quick anniversary get-away to Sarasota and Lido Key.  It was just wonderful!  Happy 15th anniversary to my honey!  It gets better every year.  And thank you to my mom and dad for keeping the girls on the farm.

Outside our resort window on Lido Key

Sea turtles come at night to lay their eggs on the beach.  Volunteers come and comb the beach early to find nests and then put up a fence to notify people.  The beaches are dark at night with some red lights from which we were told that you are not allowed to have white or yellow lights as the baby sea turtles follow the moon to the ocean after they are hatched and become confused when they see the artificial light.

 Siesta Key beach
Homemade coconut ice cream from Columbia Restaurant.

Many people fished and snorkeled here daily by this rock outcropping that apparently covers a pipe.

"It's the last day of school"  Mixed feelings about that on both of their faces!
"But, tomorrow is the first day of summer break!"
