This busy day continues with a "show off" in Allie and Juliette's dance class! Juliette has a ballet/ tap/ gymnastics combo class in the morning. Allie has a ballet/tap class in the evening after school. Juliette also takes a swimming lesson during the same time as Allie! Today you both performed a wonderful little dance! I am so impressed! You both love to dance.

350.365
Silent and still before we "pushed" her button on the floor.
The day of 4th grade "famous Hoosier wax museum". You chose Jane Pauley who was born in Indianapolis. You did a fantastic job as did your classmates. I was so impressed with how you did all of this on your own! Great job, Isabelle...I mean Jane.

348.365
The day of your Christmas recital. You both continue to enjoy and improve in piano. This year, Isabelle performed, "Carol of the Bells" and Allie, "We wish you a Merry Christmas". We are so proud of you both and loved hearing you and the other children play today.

344.365 The Children's Museum and Santa
They are the 38,519th time down the slide! They race every year! I think Isabelle was the winner on this one!
And Juliette was in first place when we went down together!
"I would like a Santa Workshop and Expo Markers"
"I would like Play-doh and chalk and a Barbie phone"
"I would like a Lego set and a sewing kit"
No Santa fear...but still a little reluctant for that hug!
Trying a little ice fishing.
They absolutely love this "skating pond" where they twirl and glide on their socks.
They also enjoy the oven and cookie making in Jolly days. Time went so quickly this year and we only went to a few exhibits.
We attended as guests to the IUPUI alumni night at The Children's Museum. We first enjoyed a chicken tender dinner and then explored the museum opened all evening including multiple trips down the "Yuleslide" and a visit to Santa. We look forward to this night every year!

Allie gets her ears pierced
Allie mustered up enough courage to get her ears pierced after church on Sunday! She has absolutely no pain tolerance so this is a pretty big thing! She picked out some pretty pearl earrings (since they go with almost anything). She was very brave and has been so good about taking care of them. She has been putting stickers or some kind of clip-ons pretty regularly on her lobes since she was about 15 months and so it just seems natural to see her with earrings. :)
341.365 Yuletide with the ISO
Yearly traditions are what make this holiday season so special. On Sunday we attended the Yuletide Celebration with the Indianapolis Symphony with friends. We ate first at Pizzology and then got there just in time for the 6:00 showing. It never disappoints and the girls especially enjoyed the dancing Santas, "The Night Before Christmas" and also the songs of Frozen.
We stepped out of the theatre to get a glimpse of the Monument "tree" of lights.
