Having fun at the reception

 The girls danced all night long!

We traveled to Tulsa to celebrate the wedding of John and Jill the weekend of October 24th.  It was wonderful and we had such a blast.  Jill was absolutely a stunning bride and the wedding was just beautiful in a gorgeous church.  They mean so much to us and have so much love for each other and are such a great influence to the girls.  They ADORE them!  We all had fun getting together with family that we don't get to see often enough and are so thankful for the transportation from the airport and my sister and brother in law for letting us stay with them as well since we got to Oklahoma a day early.  We look so forward to times like these when it is such a joyous occasion with extended family.

{This is Our Life} 45.52 {Familiar}

The girls got their Halloween wish when we welcomed a little 2 pounds of fluff named "Maisy" into the house!  She is busy getting familiar with her new siblings although she hasn't met the furry one yet, she is settling in nicely.  She is about 10 weeks old, is full of energy and snuggles and the girls absolutely won't leave her alone.  We are keeping her in a bathroom while an eye infection clears and we wait for Lizzy to sniff her out!

{This is Our Life} 44.52 {Work or Play}

After a long week working hard at school, activities and sports, the girls can't wait to unwind and play on the weekends!  After church on Sunday, they were begging to play at Coxhall Gardens.  It was a beautiful and partly cloudy day and we enjoyed crunching in the leaves and sunshine.

When the clock tower bells starting ringing melodies you all danced and twirled.  As the music rang on and on for almost a hour you all still sang and moved together...how magical to be a kid and to dance without abandon and move when the moment strikes.

You try so hard to keep up with your older sisters...and they often wait for you.  Recently you exclaim with joy how much you love them and love me.  You will shout from your carseat while I am driving, "I  wuv you Mom, really really much".  That makes my heart soar.

The leaves are nearly off the trees and litter every step we take.  It is hard to imagine that we are at the beginning of November and I wonder when this fast roller coaster of time will slow down.  With the excitement of Halloween now passed you all have your sights set on snow and Christmas.  When you are small your focus is just one holiday to the next.  I remind you that Thanksgiving is around the corner and that makes you all so happy to see our extended family.
